COI has established various educational centers in slums and other rural settings. These are key regions where women are regularly oppressed. Our centers provide vocational training, education, healthy living practices and moral teachings. These centers also involve the community women in counseling where they can be encouraged though difficult situations in their family life.
The vocational training centers COI operates include various Tailoring, Card making and Beautician courses. Here women can learn skills to assist them in becoming self reliant which in turn helps them to earn a livelihood and support their families.
