COI has developed a highly skilled team for meeting the crisis response in times of flood, earth quake and other natural disasters. There is also a volunteer’s workforce to be mobilized at a short notice to mitigate the suffering of the people in distress.
In the past COI has mobilized support towards earthquake victims in Kashmir. We have also extended support for displaced people groups in Orissa, Uttaranchal, Delhi and other locations in India.
