COI has started a program at our Shalom Leadership Training Institute to develop leaders who are mature enough to deal with real life situations. The leaders are equipped with training to work through social and spiritual matters in their communities. The Shalom Leadership Training Institute has been catering to the needs of people by providing them with required trainings to assist their communities in over coming obstacles and guide them through various life circumstances. At Shalom Leadership Training Institute there are different modules of training to meet all the social strata of life.
